But I will tell you that every other person who brings their bike to your local shop for a tune-up is doing so. I always wondered why WD-40 didn’t make a bike lube, and I figured it was because they had the people-who-don’t-know-better market already cornered. Why risk alienating them with a bike-specific lube? Though they’ve finally decided to make the leap, evening offering a degreaser, which is sure to introduce legions of cyclists into a whole new world of better bike performance.
The 1 Day 1 Col is a new initiative by the Savoie Mont Blanc tourism board which will see a mountain col closed to all motor traffic to make way for road-bikers on specific dates throughout the summer.
