From our small shop in Chamonix we make all our food from fresh ingredients. We make our own salads, soups, sandwiches and pastries as well as hot main meals for you to take away. We also serve delicious Italian coffee, cold drinks and an interesting range of deli products from around the world.

We are often asked what type of food we serve at Papillon. We are led by the availability of quality produce and are inspired by a vast range of global cuisine. You will find what’s on offer is changing regularly – but it will always be good, seasonal and fresh.

We use printers from our area, the Haute Savoie, for our products, and if we try to regularly come up with new products we are not trying to invade the world with them. Instead of that, we try to preserve their “off the tracks” feel, out of the traditional commercial circuits, which makes them, we hope, interesting.
