The waiter/waitress position is 4/5 days a week, applicant must have at least 2 years experience in a similar job and speak both French and English to a reasonable conversational level. Needed next week through till early September.

The second chef position is full time 5 days/week with immediate start, going through till 25th September. There is the possibility to move into the head chef role at the end of the summer and for the winter season ahead if they can display the necessary qualities, aptitudes and experiences. Helpful if speaks conversational French for ordering.

We are looking for an experienced 2nd chef or a cook with restaurant experience for the coming Winter season to join our team in our altitude restaurant.

Essential:

Min 3 years experience in restaurant environment

Be able to ski/snowboard to get to and from work

Be able to work in a high pressure environment, and 

in a small, close knit team.Happy to multitask & show

intiative. Have friendly & helpful disposition & lots of energy.

Preferred

Own transport and accommodation

French speaking at a minimum of an intermediate level up

Restaurant d’altitude de charme

I’m currently on the hunt for waiters/waitresses for both the Délice
and the Kitsch Inn in Les Houches for this winter season, starting at
the beginning of December. Candidates must have at least 2 years
experience in the restaurant trade and speak conversational French.

I’m also looking to take on chefs and kitchen help of varying levels.
From washing up through to a head chef for the Kitsch Inn. Pay will be
related to experience and responsibilities given. All the positions
are for one season minimum but have the possibility of being extended
to a year round position. The job of head chef at the Kitsch Inn will
be an exciting journey. Refining, developing our concept, working in
our open kitchen, running and managing our busy kitchen with a team of
4 staff.
