The Jekyll’s next comedy night of the season is back THIS MONDAY 16^th January after a string of SELL OUT gigs with the very best of UK & International stand up and this is going to be a very special gig with these three very popular comedians.

MARTIN MOR

Martin is blessed with animal-keen senses that enable him to track people and objects with an impressive degree of success. He also processes uncanny comic improvisational skills. H is mission i s to remove evil from the world, or at least have a laugh about it.

Born into a circus family, the famous Mucmors, Martin had an early career as a juggler, unicyclist, knife thrower, fire-eater, magician, and photographic model. As the result of an accident in the big top, in which he sustained a shattered ankle, he was forced to retire from performing his famous, freestanding ladder, tall unicycle, basketball juggling, pyrotechnic act.

Temporally robbed of his mobility, h is senses reorganized themselves, producing a heightened comedic ability, lightning fast improvisational skills, and an improved sense of smell. He became a stand-up comedian. The beast within the boy unleashed at last, he became the dynamic, multi-skilled performer Martin Bigpig Mor, combining startlingly original material with bold, energetic improvisation

BARRY CASTAGNOLA

Comedian, actor and writer Barry Castagnola has firmly established himself as an accomplished comic performer.
His easy-going (yet very physical) style, mixing personal anecdotes with some sharp topical and political comment, enthuses audiences at most of the major comedy clubs in the UK.

As well as being a popular compere, Barry regularly headlines gigs around the country. He has performed in New York, Ireland, The Melbourne Comedy Festival, Glastonbury and The Reading Festival. TV stand up includes The Stand Up Show (BBC1) and Net.Comedy (Carlton).

Tickets are EUR  15 for reserved seats, EUR 10 for standing room and EUR 10 for a choice of our gourmet pie supper (with veggie option!)
