Four people died when the Squirrel helicopter crashed in early this morning at Barberine (Vallorcine) near the Swiss border.

The helicopter belongs to a private company. We do not yet know the exact circumstances or the reasons for the crash. The unit had just put two people in a tower just before crashing.
