From our small shop in Chamonix we make all our food from fresh ingredients. We make our own salads, soups, sandwiches and pastries as well as hot main meals for you to take away. We also serve delicious Italian coffee, cold drinks and an interesting range of deli products from around the world.

We are often asked what type of food we serve at Papillon. We are led by the availability of quality produce and are inspired by a vast range of global cuisine. You will find what’s on offer is changing regularly – but it will always be good, seasonal and fresh.

At Elevation you are welcome at every hour of the day. From 7:30 am on we serve an amazing English breakfast or an Energy breakfast, for lunch and dinner you can have burgers, salads, fries, panini’s, etc. the kitchen is open till 11pm.

Besides from being a great place to eat, Elevation is also a great place to drink. Try our ‘hot chocolate 1904′ or vin chaud, or indulge in their great and extensive wine selection.
